Post World of Warcraft Addiction Addons

By Starets Sayas of Farstriders

Once you're over World of Warcraft addiction but have decided you still want to play some, you find yourself dealing with a certain disorientation. Why am I in Stormwind? Did I finish my business here? Where should I go next?

Don't worry, it happens to all of us. When you are always logged on, its easy to pick up the pieces from last session. But when days or weeks go by in between, we all need some assistance.

Back in the addicted phase, I almost considered it cheating to have to resort to great sites like thottbot.com and wowhead.com. Now they are my first line of reference. I don't have time to wander around lost. Tell me where it is and what I need to do. Thottbot and wowhead do that. (To be fair, there are other sites that fulfill the same role. Those are just the two I use.)

I've found two in game addons that I think help even more: Questhelper and Carbonite Quest. They do almost the same thing. So try them both and use the one you like best.

Either one keeps track of your (or your group's) current quests and helps determine the most efficient route in completing them. As you go they keep all informed of the progress in reaching the various objectives.

Both addons will lead you astray on sometimes. But both work correctly most of the time. I think Carbonite benefits from having the Cartographer addon installed as well. Questhelper you can pretty much all by itself.

The main reason I use Carbonite instead of Questhelper is that Carbonite shows you a path of where you've been lately. Its great for backtracking to get out of dungeons and so on.

I use the paid version of Carbonite but the free one is a great tool too just without some of the optional features. As far as I know, Questhelper is still free but I think I recall reading that they might have a paid version coming out as well.

I've heard there are addons that take the idea one step further. They not only guide you through the quests you have, but help you decide which quests and quest paths are worth completing. I can see the value in that but since I'm one of those people that enjoys the trip as much as the destination, I've never explored them further.

Do you know about other time saving addons? Tell me about them. You can either write them up yourself for me to post at myworldofwarcraftaddiction.com (giving you credit of course) or alert me to them and I'll write something up. I've already thought of a couple more addons that I'll be writing up soon.

Amazing Ideas for cheap Wedding Venues

By John L Jones

In the world of today, financial problems arise in almost every task. The ongoing economic crisis has made things worse for many people. Planning weddings these days is perhaps one of the most difficult tasks. For the same reason people hire wedding planners who are very efficient in fitting everything in a given amount of budget.

However if one likes to do everything by himself then perhaps the best way to plan a wedding is to make a budget and allocate a specific sum of money to different areas such as decorations or venues etc and try to remain within the allocated limits. This way one can successfully minimize the cost of wedding.

Selecting a venue which is both beautiful and cost effective is perhaps the biggest task in planning a wedding. Many people search everywhere they can possibly arrange a wedding to get the most cost effective venue possible. Even if one has enough cash one the budget for a good venue, selecting low cost venues would reduce the overall cost of the wedding thus leaving out some more money for other things like decorations and food etc.

While picking venues for wedding, one should always consider community parks and open spaces which are managed by the community or state. Though a number of parks are not obtainable for hosting weddings, yet one should try his level best to arrange for a park for weddings. These parks show to be good sites in the sense that they are cheap as well as nicely maintained.

Decoration costs are also reduced by selecting parks as venues for weddings because they are already well decorated with fountains, green grass, trees and plants. They are also good because naturally everyone likes the outdoors and a natural atmosphere. One problem that could arise is the weather condition. Rain or storms can ruin a wedding. Therefore one should check the weather forecast before selecting a park as the venue.

Some community churches are also excellent for weddings. They are more economical than booking wedding halls or trendy restaurants and also offer a religious atmosphere. For that reason they are a good choice for religious people who believe in weddings to be a new inauguration of life and want to give their new commencement a spiritual start.

Local restaurants are also a good option. They are not as expensive as high luxury restaurants and hotels and are also within the reach of the local community. So is one wants a simple wedding with convenience then booking local restaurants is perhaps the best option available. Although they might not be as classy as high luxurious restaurants but still they sever the purpose well.

In the daytime generally restaurants and hotels are not as busy as they would be in the evenings and nights. Therefore booking them in the daytime will probably cost much less than booking them for the evening or night. In some communities some low cost wedding venues have also been established which are definitely good options for a low cost weddings.

Jack Nicklaus

By Denise I Smithson

Jack Nicklaus, also called "The Golden Bear" was a remarkable man even as a child. The son of a Columbus, Ohio pharmacist, Nicklaus beat polio as a child and went on to become of the greatest golfers ever to step onto the green. At the age of ten, Nicklaus began golfing and by the time he was 13, he had already broken 70 playing 18 holes.

As a junior player he won the Ohio Open in 1956 at sixteen years of age, the US Amateur twice (1959 and 1961), and an NCAA Championship in 1961. When Nicklaus played in the 1960 US Open he had a 282 and finished second behind golf great Arnold Palmer. He was also a part of and won the US Eisenhower Trophy with his team in 1960 with a four-round score of 269-this record still stands today.

Nicklaus was playing on the pro circuit by 1962, when he won his first US Open. Defeating Arnold Palmer in this tournament made him a household name overnight. He would win the Masters twice in the 1960's even though it would be 1970 before he would win his next US Open. He took nine more major titles in the 1970s, breaking the 13 title record held by Bobby Jones. His last major tournament can in 1986, when he was 46; the oldest player to win this tournament.

In 1990, Nicklaus joined the PGA Senior tour. He would win 10 tournaments on the tour by 1996. Eight of these were major tournament wins, no less. His last appearance in a major tournament would be in 2005. Since then, he has stayed active in the golf world - designing courses, holding his own PGA tournament (the Memorial Tournament) and writing both autobiographies and instructional books - on how to play his way, of course.

Perhaps Nicklaus' popularity came with golf's popularity when he beat Arnold Palmer in 1962 at Oakmont in the US Open. With the emergence of television, Jack's charisma, good looks, and true rivalry with Palmer attracted many viewers to golf-something they hadn't seen before on TV. He won an unheard of prize money of $60,000 in 1962 and reached third place on the tour's money list, and named Rookie of the Year. In 1963, one of his best years, he won the Masters and the PGA Championship.

In 1964, he won the British Open at St. Andrews and established a new record for lowest score in the last thirty-six holes-66-68. His Masters win in 1965 set a tourney record of 271-which stood until Tiger Woods shot 270 in 1997. In the 1968, The Golden Bear let his physical condition slip, which most felt affected his playing skills, but Jack improved in the fall of 1969 where he returned to top form. Sadly, he lost one of his biggest supporters and mentors, his father, Charlie Nicklaus in 1970.

Interviewed in 1970 after the death of his father, Nicklaus said: "I was playing good golf, but it really wasn't that big a deal to me one way or the other. And then my father passed away and I sort of realized he had certainly lived his life through my golf game. I really hadn't probably given him the best of that. So I sort of got myself back to work. So 1970 was an emotional one for me from that standpoint-it was a big boost." Whatever the reason Nicklaus was certainly a record setter - he was the first player to win all four major tournaments twice in the course of his career.

In 1974, Jack Nicklaus became one of the first inductees to the World Golf Hall of Fame which he followed up on the next year by winning his 5th Masters Tournament and 4th PGA championship, as well as being named Athlete of the Year by ABC's Wide World of Sports. It would be impossible for anyone but The Golden Bear himself, but Nicklaus took his 6th and final Masters Title in 1986. He still shares a record (with Tiger Woods) for having won all of the major championships three times). Nicklaus will always be a legend in the game for is amazing achievements and his work to support and popularize the game, something which he continues to do to this day. Jack Nicklaus may have retired, but it seems he's still an unstoppable force in the golf world.

Decorate your Room with Flea Market Finds

By Mercie Hallow

Flea Market is a place where you can find almost anything. Designers who follow a Shabby Chic design theme usually scour these places to find the best pieces that could go well with her interior without sacrificing the budget. They are creative enough to scour for unique pieces and finds that could leave them to create a beautiful and fabulous space without spending for more.

Flea markets are also a venue where used up and second hand furniture pieces can be purchased and enhanced by adding another layer of fresh paint and improving the hardware, and adding a few new embellishments. Funky and chic wall paper can be wrapped on a piece of wood purchased from a flea market that should add character to a bedroom when used as a headboard. Add flair and change the look of an old armoire by exchanging the knobs to hand painted wooden knobs.

An old piece of door can serve as a charming decorative piece in a living room, simply coat with another layer of fresh paint or in this case wood stain. The door can be an excellent conversational piece and a good focal point when it is simply leaned on a living room wall. The natural wood color from the stain can blend well to the Asian theme youve been planning for your home. Accent with wicker furniture, lamps and other small accessories from the flea market and you can have a redecorated room with fewer expenses.

Spring can make a good concept for your bedroom. Pretty floral fabrics from flea market that had otherwise been labeled as outdated can make a charming comeback in your bed sheets. Accent it with a small reading chair upholstered with gauzy floral fabric and citrus colored pillows. Adorn your night table with fresh spring time flowers and crisp white translucent curtains for your windows. What a refreshing room to wake up with indeed!

At the Holiday Flea Market at Torns River, New Jersey, exciting finds are to be seen that can add function and flair to your home!

Barry Bonds

By Denise I Smithson

The success of Barry Bonds' baseball career was really just the beginning of a story that may eventually overshadow his achievements. As an outfielder, Bonds racked up four MVP awards, each one of them in consecutive years. He was a player in the 2007 World Series, and has become one of the most well known baseball players of his time. In 2006, he was busy slugging homeruns and passed Ruth and Aaron to land in first place for the most homers of any ball player.

Sadly, there may be an asterisk next to all of these records. Bonds has admitted to steroid usage (although he denies having willingly or knowingly taken the drug), something which was long rumored. Bonds did not exactly have a rapport with the fans, despite his performance on the diamond. Many hated him and he gladly returned the favor. Bonds burned so many bridges that no team was willing to sign him on for the 2008 season (and he has no contracts lined up for the 2009 season at the time of this writing), despite his holding the record for career home runs at 762 and most home runs in a single season at 73.

With an accomplished career and his financial security already assured, Bonds became a target of investigation in connection to the Bay Area Laboratory Cooperative case and was charged with perjury for having lied about his steroid use.

This case cast considerable doubts on his career. Obviously, his MVP awards and his other achievements were questioned heavily by the public as well as by the governing agencies of the sport. Baseball fans and baseball team owners now frown heavily on achievements recognized during periods when steroid use has come into play.

A pall has been thrown over a career in baseball which began in high school, when Bonds was courted by the Giants while still a senior. He did not end up signing on with the Giants, choosing to pursue a college education. Bonds played in college as well, where in a single year he scored seven hits in a row in the College World Series and was picked as All American selection of the year by the publication Sporting News.

Barry Bonds is still facing obstruction of justice charges that will not be heard in court until March of 2009. The federal prosecutor had submitted paperwork with a typo, alleging that the steroid use, which Bonds still argues he did not take knowingly, was tested for, and found positive in 2001 rather than the year 2000. This year makes a difference due to testing laws that were not implemented until a later date.

Bonds has been spending his time away from the diamond by working with children's hospitals, a public service which has comforted many sick and even terminally ill children. Bonds holds an honorary chairmanship from the Macy's Tree Lighting committee - this committee raises money for UCSF Children's Hospital Palliative Care Program, a children's hospice.

Hoyt Bow Qualities and Advantages

By Matthew Hanson

When you shoot a Hoyt bow you shoot with more confidence. Hoyt manufactures one of the best bows on the market. More competition shooters and hunters choose Hoyt as their bow, more than any other bow manufacturer. Hoyt's record proves their worthiness as the top bow manufacturer. Hoyt bow shooters have won more competitions than any other manufacturer.

Split limb technology is one that Hoyt utilizes. The split limbs offer less weight, less vibration, and less noise. Being lighter makes it easier to transport your bow to your favorite tree stand. And for the competition shooters, it reduces fatigue. The durability of the split limbs as compared to solid limbs is exceptional.

More on the durability of split limbs, controlled tests show that solid limbs start to fail around 25 dry fires. They start to crack where the V-groove is where the cam is mounted. Cracks are also found at where the limb mounts to the riser.

Split limbs dont start to fail until around 1000 dry fires. It is because of the simple fact that if you remove the problem areas, you wont have any more problems! Now it definitely not suggested you go dry fire your bow. These tests were run under controlled lab conditions.

When shooting repeatedly vibration can reduce shooter comfort. Hoyt employs some vibration reducing technologies that go a long way to ensure shooter comfort. Hoyt's TEC design decreases low-frequency vibration and Hoyt's Riser Shox reduces ringing vibration in the bow.

Hoyt offers 20 different compound bow models to suit anyone's needs. From ultra fast, ultra light target and hunting bows, to the compact youth bow. Each model comes with many different customizable settings, so if you can't find a Hoyt bow that is perfect for you, you shouldn't be shooting bows at all!

If shooting recurve bows are more your thing, you can choose from two Hoyt hunting recurves. There are also 5 different competition recurve models with many different limbs to choose from.

If you want to realize your full shooting potential, pick up a Hoyt today. As soon as you shoot it you will rush to trade in your old bow for a brand new Hoyt!

Things you need to know about when buying a Family Tent!

By Don Korte

With spring right around the corner you may find that you have been bitten by the camping bug. Take your kids away from their Internet and their video games and show them what a weekend in the rough is really like! Parents who give their kids a great adventure in the outdoors know that they will be thanked for it later. Consider what you can do to get your family off the couch and into the wilderness.

When you are considering a good tent, think about how many people are in your family. Whether you are shopping for three or five, there are lots of great tents out there. Manufacturers have made tents that are more accommodating than what you may be used to, and there are lots of great tents out there that will be interesting and fun for you to think about when you are looking camping.

Remember when you walked into a tent as a little kid, and how you didn't have to duck? The truth is that you still don't have to duck at all if you get a great dome tent. A dome tent can take care of most large families, and some are going to be as tall as six to seven feet. You can use them to get dressed and you won't feel cramped at all.

If you are camping on your own, you'll find that there are also single person tents that will let you get by. There are great tents that can be set up on your own and that will protect you from the elements if you run into a patch of rough weather. Look for a tent that is not bulky because you need to carry it with you.

If you want a terrific family tent, make sure that you find a style that suits you. Consider what your family has to say and see what kind of vote you get. Your kids will love the idea of roughing it in the wild, and you'll discover that they might never play so hard or sleep so well. While most of their days are going to be spent running around outside, you'll find that it is still important to make sure that they have a place that they feel comfortable in to sleep.

With a cabin tent, you are getting a structure that is designed for space and head room. There is going to be an extra room for more kids or more things, and the room dividers are great when you are working to make sure that everyone gets the privacy that they are interested in. You'll even have door-sills that let you keep the rest of the tent clean and the separate rooms are great for parents and kids alike.

If your kids love to build forts, you'll find that getting them a small tent of their own is a great idea. If you are considering camping in any season besides summer, make sure that you get one that is rated for such. Remember that even though it seems like you are doing a lot of work to get this all together, it is going to pay off when it comes to the memories that you are looking to make.

When you are thinking about activities for the year, take some time to make sure that you consider getting out more, seeing the sites, and really taking your family out into the woods. Find out what kind of seasonal rating you need on your tent, and make sure that you find the right size tent that is going to suit you. Araucaria Excelsa

By John Lesley

The house plant grower with an experimental turn of mind may well he able to grow on aphelandra plants from one vear to the next if he has at his disposal some simple propagating equipment with which to raise new cuttings. To do this allow the bract to die back and lose its colour before cutting the plant back to a firm pair of leaves.

New plants can be raised by taking cuttings of the ends of young shoots raised in the usual way at a temperature of about 18C. (65F.). However, better balanced, more symmetrical plants are obtained from seed, a long, slow business, but plants so produced are usually worth the extra effort involved. Pot on into J.I.P.2 compost and grow on in good light, but avoid the possibility of leaf scorch to young leaves by protecting the plants from strong sunlight.

From this second pot the plant will have to he potted on into at least one more pot size during that season provided the cuttings were struck early enough in the year. Then, who knows, with a little luck you may have your very own aphelandra plants in flower by the end of the year.

Essential advice from the time of purchase: it is vitally important to ensure that the compost is kept moist all the time, as dryness at the roots results in limp and bedraggled leaves which have a marked tendency to detach themselves from the main stem very soon afterwards. The aphelandra is also a pretty avid feeder and will require fertilising from the word go indoors.

Asparagus sprengeri is a supremely adaptable plant which can' be planted in the garden-room border for the growth to climb wall or trellis or to provide graceful foliage spilling out of hanging baskets, or it can he used more conventionally as a pot plant. In any case, it will be little bother if given some sun protection and adequate moisture during the spring and summer months. It will also appreciate during the summer regular application of weak liquid fertiliser. New plants may be raised from seed sown in a reasonably high temperature, about 21C. (70F.), in the spring or, if only a few plants are needed, older clumps can be split up and the pieces planted individually. Do this in spring, using a standard house plant compost.

The principal attraction of Asparagus aleyeri is the compactness of the pale green foliage, which makes it an ideal plant for pot culture or for use in hanging baskets. Fronds achieve a maximum length of some 2 ft. and their neat, cylindrical shape is particularly attractive. Grow in light shade and keep warm and moist. Old clumps can be split up to make new plants in the early part of the year, or they may be raised from seed.

In 1996, he joined the ITF junior tennis circuit. The year 1998 marked his final year as a junior player and the start of his career in tennis pro. In this same year, Federer won the prestigious junior Wimbledon and the year-ending title of the Orange bowl and was recognized as the ITF Junior Tennis champion of 1998.

While most tennis players are more at home on one type of court or another, Federer's versatility has made him famous. One sportswriter has said that tennis players can be clay court specialists, grass court specialists, hard court specialists; or they can be like Roger Federer. He is best known for his powerful groundstroke, as well as for being a skilled volleyer and baseliner. Federer uses a hybrid grip which takes elements from the semi-western and eastern strokes.

Roger Federer has earned an incredible 57 singles titles in his career and has been named by Time magazine as one of the most influential people (in 2007). Federer is active in charity work, having established the Roger Foundation in 2003; the group works to help the disadvantaged and to promote sports to youth. We have yet to see the best years of Federer's career; it is easy to forget that he is only 27 when you consider how much he has already achieved.

Important Tips on Chili Pests

By James Peterson

The heterosis effect in capsicums is manifested in the early ripening of the fruits of the first five pickings and in an economically advantageous earliness of yield. In most cases the heterosis cuhivars were superior in yield to the parent cultivars. In the hybrid seed the embryos were bigger, giving rise to bigger plants, more leaves, lower flower abscission and a higher degree of uniformity of fruits.

Roussenova-Kondareva (1968) states that C. baccatum var. pendulum (syn. C. pendulum) crosses with C. annuum in cases where the former is the female parent, in which the F, hybrids are similar and usually occupy an intermediary position, but resembling more the female parent in certain characters. F, hybrids differed in a number of morphological and physiological features and could be divided into four groups; plants of female parent type; plants of male parent type; plants of an intermediary type; and plants representing a new form which were fully sterile. Male sterile forms were also obtained which are useful for breeding.

Flea beetles, Epitrix spp. and Systena blanch., Melsh., can do extensive damage. These jumping beetles are particularly damaging to young plants. Hornworms, Protoparce quinquemaculata (Haw.) and P. sexta (Joh.) devour the leaves of capsicums in northern America. The large green larvae have diagonal lines along the sides and a pronounced horn on the rear end. In small fields they can be controlled by hand-picking, but in large fields dusting or spraying with a suitable pesticide may be necessary. Fennah (1947) says that Phlegethontius sextus (Joh.) is a pest of capsicum in the West Indies. (This is a synonym for Protopace sexta Butl.)

Many cultivars exist and the ease with which those of the same species cross can be used for the breeding and selection of improved cultivars. With the discovery of cytoplasmically inherited male sterility (Peterson, 1958), hybrid F, seed can now be cheaply produced. High temperatures accentuate the sterile condition.

Nomenclature and types Chillies and capsicums The numerous varieties of Capsicum species traded in the dried form are grown in many areas and differ considerably in the size, shape and pungency of the fruit; and have been ascribed various botanical classifications and vernacular names in the literature. Traditionally, the smaller-fruited, more pungent types have been known as chillies while the somewhat larger, mildly to moderately pungent types have been known as capsicums. The former type are valued principally for their high pungency and the latter for their colour in combination with pungency.

Chillies and capsicums are traded internationally both in the whole and ground forms, but grinding is mainly undertaken in the consuming centres. Both types are used as a pungent spice for domestic culinary purposes, usually in the form of cayenne or red pepper, and by the food industries for the seasoning of processed foods and in the preparation of curry powder, Tabasco sauce, etc. In addition, the most pungent types of chillies are used by the pharmaceutical industry in the preparation of stimulant and counter-irritant balms for external application and in pungent stomachic carminative and stimulant formulations taken internally to dispel flatulence and arouse the appetite.

Golf Club: Main Equipment Used in the Sport Golf

By Mark Ralston

If you are interested to play golf and eventually be known as a pro in this sport, then you must start shopping yourself a golf club now. It is definitely one of the very first things you must secure so you can finally start playing golf.

Basically, a golf club is an equipment used to hit a golf ball. It is made up of a shaft with a grip or a lance and a clubhead. At present, it comes in five classes " wood, iron, wedge, hybrid and putter. The most popular among the five are the wood, iron, and putter. Woods are the favorite clubs of golfers who are fond of making shots that cover long distances. Irons are perfect clubs for golfers who love making different shots. And finally, putters are special-class clubs for golfers who like rolling the ball into the cup.

Two other classes, wedge and hybrid, are also highly effective though they are not so popular. Wedges are iron clubs that come with a higher loft compared to a 9 iron. They are the favorite clubs of golfers who love making short-distance and high-altitude shots. While hybrids are clubs that share same features with woods and irons. They are clubs well-loved by golfers who are fond of making long-distance shots with incomparable swings.

Of course when you finally shop for golf clubs, you can always go for your own choices. But according to the pros, if you are an amateur, there are some classes that you must avoid. They say you must avoid irons specifically the 3- and 4-irons as many people say they are inefficient to use. You can't make any hits using these clubs. Instead of having them, you can try hybrids which are believed to be amateur-friendly.

To enjoy a round of golf, you can have a set of golf clubs which should not go beyond more than 14 clubs and more or less should consist of a club of your choice, two fairway woods, a driver, irons from 3 to 9, a putter, a sand wedge, and a pitching wedge.

Foster's Bar and Restaurant

By Ian Kleine

Up in Rio Vista, California's central, there isn't much of anything to cause you to pull over and spend a bit of your meager time. Perhaps if you are hungry, or maybe you need to gas up a bit, but you would be temped to just speed through and get on with your life (and possibly with your trip).

But one stop here is definitely in need of your attention, not for them, but for yourself. Say hello to Foster's Bighorn Bar and Restaurant, nestled near the roadside.

The bar maintains one of the old-world themes that seem to be lacking in the new century, stuffed animal heads. Yep, these old time pioneer favorites are up in the walls of this bar sans restaurant and is staring down at the patrons with their unearthly gazes. The bar manager, Mr. Bill Foster, had passed on already, around 40 years ago, but current management is doing their job helping and maintaining these priceless pieces.

There are over 300 wild animals, birds and fishes in the bar, all preserved and stuffed. Pictures are also in the board, but this place might not be the best one for claustrophobics. Each head has a short description of the name, with the photos downwards pointing out when and how Mr. Foster had captured them. The stuffing process was obviously left out, no one wants to see that while eating their fare.

The most famous of the lot would be the 13-foot elephant stuffed head with the five-foot tusks. Almost any patron that passes by the bar looks for a chance to sit under this mammoth's stuffed head. Perhaps, if the overwhelming presence of a large beast is looming over you while you eat improves your appetite, then maybe, the elephant can sure bring in customers.

Even after getting its head stuffed.

Kobe Bryant

By Denise I Smithson

Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Kobe Bryant is names after the Japanese beef. He is an All-Star player who along with fellow Laker Shaquille O'Neal led the team to three consecutive NBA Championships between 2000-2002.

With the departure of O'Neal in 2003, Bryant became the team's star player, leading the league in scoring in the 2005-2006 and 206-2007 seasons. He is an 11 time NBA All-Star, 2008's NBA MVP and 3 time NBA Champion, along with having won a gold medal in the 2008 Summer Olympics as part of the US Olympic Men's Basketball team.

Kobe is no stranger to basketball, his father played for the Philadelphia 76'ers and coached the Los Angeles Sparks until Kobe was six years old. The family moved to Italy, where Kobe actually became interested in soccer, which he would have pursued had they stayed in Italy.

When his family returned to the US in 1991, Bryant began playing on his high school basketball team, where he was a star player. He decided against college despite his good academic record, instead entering the NBA at 17. His parents had to co-sign his contract with the Lakers, since he was still a minor; Bryant became the youngest person ever to start in an NBA game.

In his first season with the Lakers, Bryant secured a spot in the NBA Rookie all second team and won the 1997 Slam Dunk competition. By 1998, he was already acknowledged as one of the NBA's best guards; the following year, he became a shooting guard as well and started to be compared to Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson.

Kobe Bryant averaged 30 points per game and posted 40 or more points in nine consecutive games during the 2002-03 season. He was voted to the All0NBA and All Defensive 1st teams for the first time in his career. Before the next season would start, Kobe Bryant went through arrest for sexual assault and his reputation was badly damaged.

In the 2003-04 season, his coach would write that Bryant had become uncoachable and he was being scrutinized and criticized. While Kobe was the NBA's second leading scorer, the Lakers missed the playoffs for the first time in over a decade. Kobe's status dropped with the NBA that year.

He floundered through the 04 and 05 seasons before breaking a franchise record with 81 points in a game and a point total that was the second highest in NBA history. During the 2006-07 season, Kobe Bryant's jersey became the top selling NBA jersey in the United States and China. In December, 2007, Kobe became the youngest player, at 29 years old, to reach 20,000 points in a career.

Bryant's appearance in the 2008 Olympics cemented his status as an international star. It was his first appearance in the Olympic Games, but Bryant was hardly a rookie when he became a gold medalist. Bryant has set and broken several records in his career.

The Most Popular Jukebox MP3 Players

By Anne Ahira

Just a few years ago, the term Jukebox Mp3 Players were being used by a number of different companies to describe their units. Dell is one of the main ones that come to mind.

Yet, much of those first jukebox MP3 players have displaced the way of the dinosaurs and are mainly available all through online auction sites by some people that intend the cash to purchase an iPod. But, the terminology itself nowadays usually refers to a player with a huge volume hard disk. We will look at a few points and examine the discrepancies in what people view as "huge" below.

Creative Zen Mozaic

If you certainly expect jukebox MP3 players that are different in presence, this type from Creative Labs is obviously will be a great winner. The feature is the keyboard which precisely seems like a patchwork therefore the name.

Outer appearances are also important with this model which comes in black, silver, and pink, plus optional skins that can change up its appearance even more. Besides what it looks like, these jukebox MP3 players have plenty of features, including a 1.9 inch screen, ability to view lots of different types of media, an audio recorder, and even a built-in speaker so you can share your music with others.

The important to jukebox MP3 players is their memory size, however. Along with the Creative Zen Mozaic, you may take out from 2GB to 16GB that equals to storage capacity for 500 to 4,000 songs. Prices between $60 to $150.

Microsoft Zune

Trying to hit Apple at the jukebox MP3 players game possibly will be a real challenge as Microsoft has been finding out along with their Zune. If there were no iPods, Microsoft could maybe winning the competition since the Zune has plenty of points to love.

One of the favorite is the wireless docking item which is a actual advantage as anyone who has ever missing their iPod USB cables probably knows. The Zune, as the same with several other players on the sale, as well allows you to catch to FM radio but with one difference. If you listen to a music you are fond of, you can mark it and access it later on your notebook so that you may deal it right through Zune's own music download service.

Certainly, when we are speaking about jukebox MP3 players, we must talk about space: the Zune launches in volumes from 4GB (1,000 music) to 120 GB (almost 30,000 songs).

Classic Apple iPod

Along with all of the other models of iPods on the shop, it's probably hard to remind the classic version of all the jukebox MP3 players, even though it still carries on to be a top seller. This model doesn't play the radio and have a built-in microphone but it does play video on an impressive 2.5 inch LCD screen.

You won't find many color options either but you can find an 80GB and a 160 GB version on the market. These massive jukebox MP3 players can hold between 20,000 and 40,000 songs.

The Appeal of Song

By Anne Durrel

Music is all over the place in our earth, as well as rather often you do not realize how prevalent it is in your every day living. You attend to music on your radio, on television in the TV show that you are looking, in mobile phone rings, music is truly all over the place. But it is not just music that you keep in mind. Usually, you tend to keep in mind a special song once you have heard it.

A song is a composition of musical notes that create a specific tune. Typically, a song is created in a particular format like "ABA". In an ABA song, you will have one melodic section that is followed by a different melodic section, and then the last section would be a duplicate of the first section of the song.

base on the technique of song that you are hear, the format could be reordered around. Additionally, fairly often a song shall have lyrics to it. Lyrics are the speech to the song, plus they will often let know the story of the song.

In many cases, these lyrics might rhyme, but they do not have to. Lyrics can be sung or spoken depending on the composer's intent. There are many different styles of songs. A composer can set the style of the song by the rhythms that they create and the melodic structure that they choose to use.

For example, if the composer wants to create a very spooky song then they may choose to write their song in a minor key and to include specific instances of melodic dissonance (discord) to create an uncomfortable feeling in the listener's ear.

Marine fish and the amazing underwater world

By Rotem Gavish

Marine fish are not domesticated fish, and will pursue their survival instincts in the aquarium, just as they do in the sea. Marine fish are found in oceans, estuaries, tidal pools or salt marshes. Almost all species of marine fish are caught in nature. Marine fish are more colorful than freshwater fish, but need more care.

Tropical fish generally have very specific temperature requirements. tangs are a popular species of marine aquarium fish Compatibility. All marine fish are tanked for a specified period of time for acclimation, in proper water parameters ,under specific conditions to allow the easiest adaptation to aquarium life. Marine fish are the hardest of all fish to keep. Most species of marine fish are sensitive to water conditions and do not adapt easily to a new aquarium, it is recomended to add the fish only after the aquarium has been functioning for a long time.

Fish that are reef safe are known to not nip at corals, and also do not usually eat invertebrates that may be kept in a reef tank, such as snails. Marine fish, also known as saltwater fish, require a simulated oceanic environment in the tank. There are approximately 15,000 species of marine fish, many of which are not compatible in the same aquarium. For this reason, the compatibility of different species and genders within species needs to be checked before multiple fish are introduced to a aquarium. Lionfish, for example, may eat gobies and other species, while Clownfish are likely to attack others of the same gender if one of the opposite genders is present. There are lots of differences between freshwater fish and saltwater fish that may not be obvious to the newly aquarist. Marine fish even hardestto keep are tropical marine fishes.

There are a lots of differences between freshwater fish and marine fish that may not be clear to the beginner aquarist. Marine fish even more complicated to keep are tropical marine fishes.

Marine fish are more colorful then freshwater fish, they are also more sensitive to water quality then freshwater fish. In most cases saltwater fish or marine fish are more expensive then freshwater fish. In general, marine fish consider being hard to keep and maintain while freshwater fish are easier to keep.

Many of these fish also like tanks on their own so if you dream of having a well stocked tank with a multitude of species make sure you know which fish will live happily together before you put them in a tank.
